Here are some pictures of the Liberty Tree Guitar Sitka Spruce top before inlay, the fretboard right after inlay (before sanding), and some pictures taken when workers were putting the inlay into the headstock. Putting in those pieces looks worse than a jigsaw puzzle! They actually go through the pieces, trying to find ones that go well together, based on their color and grain pattern. The Nylon String tops on the left are waiting for their laser etched rosettes while the tops on the right have their rosettes. Taylor uses the same machine for etching the rosettes of the Baby Taylors.
These NS-72 sides already have the reinforcement for the Fishmann On-Board Blender installed.
These Nylon String necks have been shaped, and the one on the right is almost ready to be attached to a body.
Here is an NS-32 being prepared to have a small indentation removed ... with an iron!
On the left, an NS-72 has been through finish. On the right, this GC custom (formerly named NS-B) will soon be getting its binding.
This NS-62 is all finished. All it needs are some strings!
Here are some Nylon Strings (NS-32s and NS-72s) all finished. Perhaps they are getting ready to go to NAMM! Notice that the first one will need a little bit of work before it can leave the Factory, though. :)
