Since this year is Taylor Guitars' Thirtieth Anniversary, the showcase included several Anniversary models, 14-fret slotted peghead revoiced Grand Concerts. The one pictured below has Brazilian Rosewood back and sides with an Englemann Spruce top.

One interesting note is that this slotted peghead has a truss rod cover. On these new 14-fret slotted pegheads and the new NS guitars, Taylor has moved the truss rod adjustment to the peghead as it is on their standard series.

Also, this year, the 800 series gleams with new inlays.
